What do I get?

How much time does it take?

What is the refund policy?

How is it delivered?

How long do I have access?

Where is my progress saved?
In the browser on the device you use. Open the programme in the same browser each time. You can export your progress and import it on another device.
Do I need followers already?
No. Both programmes start from account setup.
Is it up to date?
Both programmes were checked against Instagram's and TikTok's published guidance in October 2026, and every time-sensitive fact carries its date.
Can I buy just one programme?
No. They are sold together as one bundle.
Is TikTok Shop covered?
No. TikTok Shop is not available in every country, so the TikTok programme sells through your profile link.
What is the free guide?
AI for Business is a free guide to using Claude for admin, customers, numbers and planning. It does not cover social media. That is what the bundle is for.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee. If the SCALIO Social Bundle is not right for you, email info@scaliosocial.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, for example it is not as described or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If the problem is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time, and if we cannot, you are entitled to a refund. These rights apply at any time and are in addition to the 14-day guarantee.
How to ask. Email us from the address you bought with, or include your receipt. We reply within two business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
If you are outside Australia, you also keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
Privacy
What we collect. When you ask for the free guide we collect your first name, email address and mobile number. When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details and gives us your name, email and a record of the purchase. We never see or store card numbers.
Why. To send you what you asked for, to give you access to what you bought, to answer your questions, and to send you emails and texts about SCALIO's products if you agreed to that.
Who we share it with. Only the services that run this site: Netlify (hosting and forms) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails or texts at any time using the link or reply instruction in any message, or by emailing us. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email info@scaliosocial.com

What you are buying. A licence for you to use the two programmes in your own business. You may not share, resell or republish them.
Information, not advice. The programmes are general education. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any result.
Independence. SCALIO is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok or Anthropic. Features on those platforms change and differ by country.
Prices and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken once, at checkout, by Stripe.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
